T'is an old photo and not of NM. IIRC it's on I-90 near The Black Hills - SD and WY border area.

Coulda swore I saw that picture a while ago. I was in NM the past two days, while it was slightly windy, it wasn't anything to slow down for. Where was this at?

Almost looks like there was one giant gust of wind that knocked all those trucks over at the exact same time.

Sorry for the confusion, that was simply a photo I have had for a while illustrating how it felt to me that day, think it was the 23rd, in New Mexico. I don't know where that happened but its not photoshopped. I'm sorry for any confusion I caused with it.
