Truck Driver Snakes Through A Tight Spot

A truck driver narrowly avoids a wreck by snaking through a super tight spot on the freeway.

Wow is right!!!

That van jumped out in front of a truck, slammed on his brakes, and came to a complete stop because he was afraid he might miss his exit. Yeah, cuz you'd rather die than have to spend an extra five minutes getting turned around safely, right?

Unbelievable.

I have watched the video over and over, and l cannot fathom how this move was accomplished without hitting any of the other drivers or tipping the trailer. Anyone care to "educate" (for lack of a better word) me?? Your knowledge is always much appreciated.

Ok, I watched it a few times. See for a second there is a backhoe or loader on the roadway which cut across to get off, in front of the black van that came to a stop. And got off the highway to a sideroad alongside, then the van exited behind the dozer? hard to see the yellow speck in that mix lol Looked like the van decided to exit, and follow the yellow hoe probably to cuss the guy out! lol

I played it many times, and yes a truly amazing display of wild west truck driving skills. A combination of skill and a whole bucket full of luck avoided a disaster. 99 times out of 100, that same situation will end differently. The margin of error in every direction was inches. The road was slick, possibly close to freezing (Russia in November), and very heavy traffic. Maybe in hindsight the truck driver was going too fast, tough to determine from the vantage point of the camera. Not sure if anyone noticed but the same truck was fully stopped when the camera vehicle passed it.

Either way, an amazing job of avoiding a serious accident.
