Hey Powerball Winner. What Will You Do With That Money?

I heard a math professor talk about the odds of winning on the radio today. He said personally, the chances of winning if he bought a ticket are almost the same as his winning chances of her doesn't buy a ticket!

Wow what would I do with all that money? Well theres 8 siblings in my family, so they would all be millionnaires. My mom would be living in a final days resort. I live in Montana so I would buy me a hobby farm with minature horses, donkeys, and chickens lol. I would still want to drive truck or be part of the industry so some thinking on that. Safe Haven parking comes to mind. One thing I have allways wanted to do is own about 15-20 PBR Bucking Bulls. So theres what I would do....

In my initial post, I was being mostly serious, but realized that it sounded less than that, so here is how I would spend my winnings.

I would take the installment pay, because I would get more of the 900 million, at 30 yearly installments.

I would then take that first installment of 20 million, give or take a million, and pay off my debts, set my family up with a few million each, and setting up a good trust fund for my two sons, and even give my ex wife a 1 million, because she really is a great mom. buy a nice house, on 30 acres of land. (30 is more than enough.) in what state? i haven't decided yet.

I would donate to the ALS foundation, Make a Wish, St Judes, the American Diabetes Association, the Wounded Warrior project, and the National Military Family Association (all 6 have personal connections.)

I would then take the remaining 10 or so million, invest 5 million into whatever avenues are available without taking penalties, and take the remaining 5 million, Buy a truck, and then go o/o, and sign contract with TMC, or another flatbed company with a 3 million cushion to learn the trade., that first year. If after that first year, I have a good grasp, I would go independent, and but the necessary trailers needed. But this time with an added $15 million cushion, give or take. If successful, after my 2nd year, I would then start buying 2 new trucks a year, with associated trailers, and my dream of owning my own trucking company would be started. I would have a maximum of 99 trucks why 99? because i love any number that is divisible by 3, and it is sort of an ocd thing for me. I am confident, that with my yearly "allowance" invested in the appropriate way, for the business, and the company profits, that I can build a lasting legacy for whoever takes it over after I am gone.

NOW, if there are more winners to share in the spoils, my plans would not change, but the details would, being adjusted for the amount of my actual winnings.

And yes, we bought tickets, because, why not?

Get satellite shots of the roads needing truck stops and parking and build. And get a different food store in them. Tired of subway and burger king

I'd cruise up and down the coast in my luxury yacht. No, two yachts, one for each coast, with helicopter pads because I'll bet it sucks to wait to go through the panama canal. I'd sunbathe on the deck with a margarita, and occasionally invite smart people to join me and help me solve the worlds problems.

I wouldn't want that money, it would corrupt the heck out of me and change me into a person I never want to become.

I know, right?? I have nightmares of conspicuous wealth. I WOULD take the money on condition of perfect anonymity, but then I'd get help finding the best way to invest it back into global society before greed destroys me -- and not give it to family because they would never learn that I won & are just fine anyway. Good thing there's virtually no chance of winning :)

I'm good at investing money. For example, I just took the two dollars that I could have spent on a Powerball ticket, and bought myself a 1/2 gallon tub of butter pecan ice cream. I am now eating the dividends.
