Awesome. Congratulations. Keep us posted.
Good to hear.
Hey I was just wondering how you were doing Flatie. Good to hear you're out on the road now! I Google'd that truck and the sleeper looks awesome!
I had a T680. (You saw it when you came to the terminal that morning.) Swift sold it "out from under me", and now I have a Cascadia with no storage space! I miss my Kenworth!
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Hey Flatie, good to hear from you!
Glad to hear things are going well - take it easy and be careful. Drive that rig like you are an eighty year old woman who is scared to death she's gonna hit something and you'll be just fine.

So far so good ive had a great weekend!

Awesome! Glad you're enjoying it and everything is going well. I should be leaving with my trainer Monday or Tuesday and I'll be out 3 weeks then I'll come back to Missoula to test out and hopefully get my license. Then I'll have two months of team driving maybe longer, all depends if we knock out the 20,000 miles quickly.

You will be alright just always pay attention and listen to your trainer. Do not force yourself to something. Keep us posted and goodluck!
Do not force yourself to something.
I'm not sure, but the way I take it is- If the protestors block the Interstate , do not use your truck as a bowling ball, and the protestors as the pins. Flatie you can correct me if I'm wrong!

Hi TT hows everyone doing? I haven't been here for a while. I just wanna give you all a lil update about whata going on.
I've been driving solo for 2 days now and I am loving it! I drive Kenworth T680 2017 but they said this is just temporary and might change it to volvo in the future. This truck is huge for me haha but I love the sleeper!
My training only lasted less than 4 weeks. Coast to Coast! I have no complain with the company so far. Training was great!
Now I'm just browsing stuff relaxing after a long day yesterday.
So thats all! Keep safe everyone!
