So James picked me up at about 945am. We stayed there awhile and he went over the whole inside of truck and the rules with me. Then off we went. He drove to around Chatanooga on the way to Ohio. Then we stopped for the night. At about 4pm. I set up my bunk, made some calls, and then went to bed around 8ish. Back up at 4am, showered and ready to roll! The shower was pretty nice at this Pilot. When I got back to the truck, he showed me how to log in as active driver. Now he's in the store getting a drink and whatnot. I'm gonna drive!

A long day comes to an end....

I drove from Dandridge, TN to West Jefferson, OH and then from there to just outside Toledo. I drove up and down mountains and through cities with traffic circles and over railroads and down tight 2-lane roads. It was exhausting, exciting, boring, and super fun all at the same time. My trainer slept most of the time in the passenger seat, but was there when I needed him. We're parked outside a Flying J right now, taking some much needed rest time.
