Jamie, I know this seems tight to you now...a year or so from now, will be no big deal.

I know it seemed like a bad day to you, Rainy’s point is spot on. Focus on what you did right and learn from that which requires an adjustment.

Safe travels.

one guy yelled at me "You have wasted 10 mins of my time, when did you get your license?"

my response "YESTERDAY! Now stay the hell away!" lol

you're doing better than half the rookoes so stick with it.

I had a similar incident. My response, was "You mean you need a license to drive these things.???"

The best part is, the guy took longer than I did to park.

Yeah, I was pretty upset with myself when it happened. But it's a lesson learned, and lucky I hit what I did and not another truck. Which I did G.O.A.L to make sure I was going to miss the truck parked next to me, but I failed to look on the other side of my cab to make sure nothing was there. I knew the things were there, but I thought I was far away from them. Guess not... But as I said, for the future I'll make sure to look all around the truck just to play it safe, as I should have done this time.

Just came off my 34 hour reset, sitting at a shop to get my trailer brakes fixed, as they aren't releasing properly rofl-1.gif

Literally nothing good ever comes from honking unless it's to let someone know they are about to hit them. I remember being in a flying j waiting in a line to park, and the driver we were waiting on was having a very hard time. The driver in front of me just starts laying on his air horn. I'm mean non-stop. like a tractor fairy was going to come down and park the truck first try. I got out and was going to offer a spot but the driver got it in. The jag off goes driving by waving his arms around like an idiot.
