Hi everyone,

Made it to this rv resort in Franklin, NC and what a nice place. It is on the side of a mountain off Hwy. 441/23. It is a long way from I-40 to make a meet and greet with anyone but if any of you drivers are going to be at the TA in Candler, NC or the Pilot in Waynesville, NC on I-40 email me and maybe we can set up the meet. I had lunch when we went thru the TA and it brought some great old memories of the way it used to be in an "old world truck stop. Meant a lot to eat at a Country Pride again but who knows for how long. More and more are getting ready to change over to IHOP. Have a good night drivers and hope to see some more of you all.

Well my summer trip with the wife is winding down next Thursday. We are leaving Milledgeville, Ga for a 1 night stay in Starke, Fl then on to Winter Haven, Fl for the winter months. It takes a couple of days to clean out the 5th wheel and put it in storage and set up the winter home for living for 6 months. Our Ram 2500 has again performed flawlessly and the 5th wheel has never had any major issues so that's a blessing.

We had the pleasure this year of meeting Pack Rat, IdMtnGal (Laura) and Big Scott and missed out on PJ and Kearsey as we could not make the time work. I hope to meet more of TT's fine drivers next year in some different areas starting in Gulfport, La., Savannah, Tn., Crossville, Tn. and Madison, Va. This is our planned agenda and I'm sure we'll be able to meet some of you. If anyone gets near Haines City or Bertow, Fl. Pilots or the Loves in Lake Wales, Fl. give a shout as we are only 15 minutes from either.

Be safe drivers and thank you for the opportunity to meet some of the best out there.

You better be there with us next year, even if it's as my "plus 1"

And I look like a goober! I hate my mouth. Luckily this career will allow me the luxury of fixing what the Good Lord decided was "character building!" I'm glad I got to be involved!
