Rainy I watched your video. Could tell you were nervous, but you did a great job. It’s the same as public speaking, everyone gets nervous.

Congrats on your progress thus far. Head up, shoulders straight and keep your eye on the prize young lady. You’ll do just fine!!

I wish you luck convincing your mom to move to mo. That may be a tough sell, but if it is possible I am confident you’ll succeed there as well.

It took my till my early 40's to realize what processed food and carbs do to my body. I always read, have oatmeal for breakfast, it healthy and good for your heart. 2 hours later, I wanted to chew my arm off, I am shaking, and what do I do, eat some fast acting carb, which is bad for you. Fast forward to late last year, had some coworkers doing Keto. So I tried it for a few months on and off....When I started Keto I was almost 216, and I currently am around 195. I don't count carbs or calories but I know what's bad for me. Being a single person, I don't keep a lot of fresh veggies in the house, so I buy frozen. Also the Riced Cauliflower is amazing.

Diets are not long lasting things that work in my opinion. It needs to be lifestyle changes. Yeah do I love sweets, but I don't love what they do. So I try to balance, same with Carbs and such. Its tough but we all react differently to food, I seem something I gain weight..lol

Great video. I really appreciate the ones that actually provide information I can use. Will be looking forward to more.
Hoping for the best on the weight loss. Right there with you on that task. Cutting down on the junk food and focusing on veggies. Had luck with that in the past.
I'm also back to pedaling my "trike" 10-15 miles a day, starting to lose the extra inches I've packed on the last couple of years.
