As yall know I took hometime about a week ago roughly after bein on the road for a straight 6 months. I have trained students that always love to complain about the "low" pay that these companies start students and drivers at. Well as has been said before on here, truckin is a performance based industry. If ya fail to perform ya wont make legendary money. You perform well and you can make a great salary in this industry. Even during this insane COVID-19 Pandemic, this industry is still essential to keep the country goin. Truckin is virtually a recession proof industry. Anyway and I have confirmed we are good this time:

As yall can see from the pics, I am now the Super proud owner and father of this 2019 Ford F-150 STX 4x4 in Velocity Blue. She had 15 miles on her when I got her. I call her the Millennium Falcon. She has a 2.7L EcoBoost V6 mated to a 10 Speed Automatic. Ford Credit approved me at 2.9% for 72 mos on her. I was super surprised when Ford Credit of all people approved me on this truck. It goes to show ya that the hard work Ive done reestablishin my credit and also establishin myself as not just a Top-Tier Driver with CRST but a Top Tier Trainer also. I am so in LOVE with this truck. My current student saw her and I let him know that when you do things the right (TruckingTruth) way here and work super hard to establish yourself as a Top Tier Driver, get the experience ya need and move up that pay ladder while protectin that CDL with your life and havin a super clean safety record that big things can happen. When he saw my truck it motivated him and inspired him to stay with CRST no matter what so he can have something like this one day. I certainly LOVE my job and even more so I love helpin, trainin, and inspirin people to be the ABSOLUTE best they can be. As I have said before its my life's mission and I love it when I can reap the rewards. Sure the new truck is nice, however the BIGGEST reward is the satisfaction I get every time I upgrade a student so they can become the Top-Tier Drivers of the present and future. That is why I am alive and in LOVE with this job.

I hope this inspires others here that when you work hard and become great at this job, big rewards and big things can happen.

Awesome! Very happy for you Millionmiler!

Your success story is one of the best.

All of you Newbies take notice... he is with CRST and very successful. Proof that you should never judge a company based on what you read on the internet. It’s the driver inside the cab that matters most, not the company name on the door.
