You know you are in the sticks when they say we have to move this cow carcass off the dock before you back in.

It had been there so long it was picked clean. Looked like something you would see in the desert in a western movie. I grew up on a farm and didn’t realize what I was looking at. Though yo be fair it wasn’t something I expected to see in a loading dock.

You know your in the sticks when, the Casey's General Store is the only restaurant, gas station, grocery store and post office in town.

You see a sign that says get gas now or a can later. See that on I90 through Montana.

Caseys is better than other options atleast. We're closing on a house Friday that has a Casey's, a bar (of course small town....) and a post office. Unfortunately its heavily populated with 1100 people haha

One of the strangest things I seen was at an egg farm they just started throwing dead chicken carcasses out the door into a skid loader then dumping them by the bucket into a dumpster. They had 2 flatbeds full of chickens in crates waiting to replace the dead ones.

So the new house has a Casey's, a Post Office, AND A BAR???
