Ms. Laura, hope you are reading this;

Hope you are feeling better, and back to YOU and the trucker you are, as soon as you are up to it! Your blessed company seems to be giving you what YOU need, and that's awesome. THAT, ladies & gentleman, is what a GREAT relationship with YOUR company, is all about. It's NOT the name on the door ... it's the RELATIONSHIP YOU MAINTAIN with the powers that be!!

Other TT'ers . . . I spoke with our Ms. Laura today elsewhere, and she had a 'medical setback' for Christmas... but not life threatening, nor Covid. Due to HiPPa ... I'll let her share the details.

I just figured I'd stop in here, and ask y'all to share the love, and prayers, if you do such.

Thanks, guys & gals! She's a Knight of our Highways ... for sure!

I just got off the phone with Wonder Woman. She sounds to be doing well. Continued prayers from here.

Thanks guys and Anne!

My company sent me from Mount Olive NC to Tomah WI with dill pickles, with a stop at my brother's place in Chillicothe...4.5 hrs away for Christmas. Shortly after eating a wonderful leg of lamb, Yukon potatoes, a fruit salad, I felt like I swallowed something and it stuck in my throat. After drinking tea, it didn't wash down and the pain got worse...to the point I thought I was having a heart attack! After taking a shower, my sister-in-law ran me to the hospital emergency room. That was the longest 25 miles ever!!

They ran me through all kinds of tests and nope, my heart was fine. So more tests Saturday and Sunday, all the time in bad, bad pain. Finally Sunday they said I was having a gallbladder attack and scheduled for surgery at 1400. I had trouble coming out of anesthesia. The resident felt I could leave today, but I hadn't walked yet, was extremely dehydrated and was running a fever. The nurse felt I should stay another night. That same resident thought I could start driving Friday. My company said no, to get better first. Another driver is picking up my trailer of pickles tomorrow and going to Tomah to deliver. I will get a load, probably Monday.

It'll be good to visit with 3 of my brothers for a bit. By then the 3 cuts shouldn't hurt as much, I hope.

Hugs, love, and prayers, m'lady ... !! What an AWESOME supper .. I'm jelly, haha! Seriously, sounds awesome.. as I nip at jarred pickles before bed here, lol. Quite the run, you had.. and the visit.. until the last 25.. sheesh.

Been thinking about ya all day; hoped you didn't mind i shared a 'lil'bit' with the group here. I felt helpless, and wanted to have the others that care MUCHO about you; know .. a lil' bit.

It's my turn to finally nap.. and I will, knowing that you got there safe!

I LOVE the Wonder Woman reference; and I totally agree!! Always PackRat with the correct reference ... I can't out'do him, and won't try, haha!

Updates as you can...just get comfy; stay safe w/family... and you know the rest, better'n I do!

Just me~ Hubby's home.. 'til tmrw . . . God Night~
