Monty the Rat Dog loves people when he's outside the truck. So when he's taken out of the truck, he's on a leash because his brain leaves him! He sees people, his ears go down, his tail comes up and starts wagging and I know he's going to run toward them.

At the motel here in Greensboro NC while the new truck, with 23,709 miles on it is in the shop with DPF issues. Monty is enjoying this because he gets to greet people.

Sorry to hear about your dog. I'm not sure I could afford that kind of price tag. Something to definitely think about.

Something to think about is pet insurance. I have never looked into this, but I know there is such a thing.

Funny you should ask. Got this in my email today. Cut and paste, yada, yada.

Mikey, I'm SO sorry about your puppers.

We have a pittie, too.

Your girl is beautiful! We spent $400 a couple years ago, when some idiot hunter on OUR private property, grazed our Roo's hindquarters with a .223 round. It was AWFUL.

I hope and pray for her quick recovery, good sir.

Thank you for the well wishes, she is still in pain and cannot walk property as of today, she does a kind of hobble hop type walk. She is however doing much better. I included a pic of the bruise on her inside thigh, its frightfully bright and larger than it looks, it circles around to the back of the leg. But again, it could have been MUCH worse, and she is doing better. Use this as a cautionary tail (yes, pun intended), even when it seems your location is safe, all it takes is a split second to go from loading groceries to almost losing a friend when that friend is a crackhead dog.
