It shows the keen awareness people have of their surroundings. Even if you had no idea it was a truck ramp, wouldn't you assume it's for something and you probably shouldn't park right there?

Wow, that is so crazy, those people must not have a clue about what that ramp is for. Although there are abundant clues right there before their eyes.

Something else to add on to the 4 wheeler driving manual...

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

I thought it was only the CDL manuals that they add to. I haven't seen to many 4w's smartening up.embarrassed.gif

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

Anchorman, that photo reminds me of one of the little sayings I heard my dad say all through the years that I was under his roof - "Life is hard on ignorant folks."

And that's why you don't buy real estate from a back alley realtor... This is where you end up

But it's a beautiful mountain view and if you look carefully, you also have a water view of that creek/river waaayyyyyy down at the bottom of the hill. AND, no one can build next to you because of the road easement. Now they just have to figure out how to get the car up that soft driveway. May have to put some more gravel in there.
