Congrats man. My advise is don't have any preconcived ideas on how things work ask lots of questions and if you don't think your mentor is showing you something then ask. be motivated don't make them ask you todo things or help out. Be prepared to be exhausted , frustrated, and ready to quite. Good luck and be sane 4 weeks goes faster then you think, and 1 year will be here before you know it.

Congrats! My mentor is on home time atm so I'm next to the Memphis terminal hanging out @ a hotel for the holiday weekend. My wife's driving down from Indy. I didn't think I'd get to spend time with her for quite awhile so it's gonna be awesome to see her.

Anyways...welcome to Swift! 👍

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
