Hey guys, I know I don't post much but the day has finally arrived. It's been a full year since I went solo here at Maverick. There's been a lot of ups and downs, but i can definitely say it's been worth it. I'm coincidentally where it all started in Little Rock, AR. Never would have thought I could do flatbed for a year when I first started because of the immense learning curve. Most drivers start their careers pulling a box and then transition to other types of freight, but I went for flat and it worked out well.

I may type up a review and maybe put all my numbers up at some point. Just in case anyone was considering working here to start out. I've made about 53k since I officially became an employee, subtract about 3500 from 7 weeks of training and orientation. It's been good here and may stay awhile until a better opportunity for my family shows up. Will definitely be hard to match what I have here. Anyway, be safe everyone.

PS. Shout out to Victor going solo today, best of luck sir.

Congrats, you're at the mile stone everyone talks about, one that a lot of people never get to.

Now, time for that million mile!

That's awesome! As you know, that's a huge accomplishment and it sounds like you've gotten great results. I mean, $53,000 your first year and you stayed with your first company? That's how you do it! Awesome job. Congrats.

Quite an accomplishment. Flatbed nonetheless. Well done.

Congratulations! I threw myself into the fire as well, going straight into flatbed as a rookie. I don't regret that decision one bit.

Much respect for what you do, and for hitting that milestone!
