My 80 Yr Old Mom Found YouTube Truckers!

My mom is nuts. She called me asking a ton of trucking questions. When she finally took a breath, and i asked her why. she said "I have been watching truckers on YouTube. I had no idea what your job was like."

She named all of the drivers....I dont watch them so i have no idea who she was talking about. But several things she said:

"Why would anyone go to 3 different companies the first year unless they were the problem? The one guy disrespected Prime so badly saying he can't pay his bills and didnt get a pay for over a month. I know that is a lie, cause I see you spend money. Then two companies later, this man is still complaining about the same thing".

"All the lease ops brag about their trucks and how much time they are taking off, but then also complain they have no money cause the truck is in the shop What is the point? They should learn how to run their business before worrying about Xbox comnections and vacations."

"I cannot believe the way some of these people act. If I talked to a boss the way some talk to dispatch, i would have been fired. Now I see their attitude is worse than yours, and i thought you were bad."

Then she saw the truck accident videos in WY and MI and said "Why were those idiots still on the road in that weather? They should have messaged dispatch on their 'Qual-thingamaggie'. You would have been parked."

"I hope you never go lease. Do you know how much they pay out? All they do is whine. After a month or two of no pay, why didnt they turn in the truck?"

Yep, my mom is a trip. And now Youtube just keeps sending her more truckers.

She saw the infamous Abe too. I didnt know who she meant at first, but at the point where the cops come cause dispatch called them to wake him, she said, "I would have had the cops throw him off my truck and sent someone for it. I hope all men today aren't like that? He needs a diaper and pacifier. Do they even have baby pacifiers any more, or do parents just tell Alexa to shut the kid up? Aren't there any real men driving these trucks?"

Yes i assured her there are.
