Stopped at a rest area near the Imperial Sand Dunes in Baja California. The hill behind my truck is on the US Mexico Border. The other side of the hill is Mexico.
Not really a 'postcard' from the road; more of a 'frivolity,' haha~!!!!! The things y'all see out there. This is a view from the hubby's window. Beautiful, BLUE SKIES~~!!! ...but for the flatbed he was following~! Hope that pool stays in tact, LoL~!!

I have one from the road....and a few from UNDER the road. I picked up 39k of soybean shortening in the caves in Quincy Illinois today. It's an active mine as they're digging more out to create more warehouse space.
They have a staging area 1/2 mile south you have to call to check in then when they're ready they call you back and explain how to get to their office. You're then given a map to find your way.
This place had plenty of room unlike the ones I hear about in KC, particularly Independence MO.
