Requiring companies with 100 or more employees to require weekly testing or vaccinations, how can that even be enforced in trucking?

This may or not be all I say on this (probably not though).

If anyone thinks there was a driver shortage, wait until the state or federal government attempts to impose this on this industry.

It won't be too hard, every truck stop will become a testing site. When you pull into the Loves to fill up and swipe your company card it will ask "Def?" "Refer" and "Covid test". If you select yes to covid test, the tire guy will come out and swab your nose while you fuel. If he is busy you will go upto the fuel desk and that person will do it for you. After you are done fueling your results will be ready.

Funny enough I called off sick yesterday and had to get a Covid test today so I can return tomorrow.

Earlier today I read that Biden is making the vaccine mandatory with no option to opt out for all federal workers and contractors. He said those that refuse will be placed on UNPAID leave, stating that those who refuse the vaccine should not eligible to receive money from the government.

I can only assume that will include those drawing unemployment checks, snap benefits, free rent, child tax credits, medicaid, welfare checks, section 8 housing, Obama phones, refugees receiving resettlement money and a plethora of those suckling from the government (taxpayers) teet shall be included in this demand? What's good for the producers is good for the slackers yes?

The constitution forbids a lot of what they have done during this covid fiasco. Problem is “we the people” are allowing them to do these things out of fear. A handful of doctors said that we had shut everything down, shelter in place and do this and that for public safety. 70% of the population didn't even question it, they just laid down and did what they were told.

Here we are, 18 months later and none of it has done anything to stop the virus or even remotely control it. Vaccinated people are still getting it anyway.

I don't think that former vice-president Biden cares about Constitution.

Does this mean 100 in one workplace or 100 total? Like Dollar General has thousands of employees but one location might only have a dozen employees. Truck drivers might work directly with one driver (aka a team).

Regardless I'm not taking the vaccine and I'm also not getting tested weekly. I'll let them fire me, and I'll go find a small business or small trucking operation. I guess that's my "thanks" from Biden for hauling freight cross country during the pandemic.
