Even if my ex did not use in the house, if a previous owner used in this home, the house would still be contaminated. Now, is it relevant? I don't know

Even if it comes back as there is residue in your home from prior drug use that won't clear your name. Many people do drugs in their own home so I highly doubt that test would even matter and is a complete waste of money.

If your ex wife is using illegal drugs you need to report it to her superiors. Patients are trusting her with their well-being and possibly life depending on what area she's in.

It has been 3 weeks now since I was discharged from CR England.

Even if your new test comes back negative, too much time has passed for it to have any power of suggesting the previous one may have been inaccurate. If you are being honest, you've unfortunately waited too long to do anything about it.

Again man an excerpt from the link below…

“Like a house where cigarettes or cannabis have been previously smoked, a home in which people have smoked methamphetamine does not pose any risk, and does not require decontamination to make it safe to live in”.

It goes on to say unless meth was being manufactured in the house it will not be in your system. If the previous owner had a meth lab in the house. The house would of been decontaminated. So that debunks that. And unless your wife was cooking meth in your house for two years and you had not a single clue. That theory of yours holds no water.

And I’m no expert but I can’t imagine you can get low key drugged with meth and be completely oblivious to it. And just have no symptoms at all from it.

How so? I thought that hair follicle tests were for the exacting reason, to put a 'time stamp' on the drug use. (ie: if the client has been using over a period of time, even up to (and past) a year.) It would go back farther than three weeks, no?

ps: O/P, let us know how the lab stuff (GC/MS) tests worked out with the new facility today, when you get your results next week. Wishing for the best.

Drug tests are not infallible. Get a repeat and talk to an attorney. Tests are very accurate. In the 90 percentile however anything from poor technique on the LCMS to a ****ty tech can skew results. On urine with the reagent tests being used there are things that can cause false positives which is why they reflex to LCMS for verification on these chain of custody tests. Coming into trucking now from another career. I know the issues pretty well with testing and there are some problems. Very few which doesn't work in your favor. It certainly is possible that something went wrong. Right now you are just in a ****ed position and going to have to fight.

That pretty much sums it up nicely. I'm fighting alright. Worst case scenario though is if I actually was drugged. If that is the case, the police told me that they would need a confession of guilt before they could do anything about that. So I am REALLY hoping it was just a botched positive reading than the alternative. I don't want to admit to myself that she could have done such a thing, but as of right now, all the evidence that I have points in that direction. I took the test at another lab and am awaiting results.

Earlier, somebody asked what I hope to gain here...what I am hoping to gain is finding somebody else who has been through what I am going through and hopefully they can give me advice that I have not already considered. It's been three weeks of this and I am mentally exhausted.

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

I have been trying to do something about it since day one. According to my lawyer, if I take another test from my underarm, which dates back a full year and pass it, we have a case. My lawyer is awaiting my results.

She's not working anymore as far as I know. She was one of those types of nurses who only worked when called to do a job. She's not in a hospital or even has a regular location that she goes to. Last I heard she is now living on the streets somewhere, bouncing around from house to house sleping wherever she can. She has went way downhill since I kicked her from the house. Right now, nobody even knows where she is and she isn't telling anyone where she is. I can't even know for sure what the last time she actually went to work is, since our last year together was nothing but one lie after the next from her. She worked hard to cover up her drug use.

By profession (before I started working on my CDL) I was an RF Specialist for Spectrum Communications. I worked long hours, so we didn't see much of each other, which made it that much easier for her to hide what she was doing. I also am working on my company that I am building called, Ecliptic Comics Publishing and on top of that I am also a Symphony Orchestra Composer, in which I have written music for a Disney affiliated ground called, "The Sith Dynasty." So I stay VERY busy even when I am not working. My busy lifestyle is what ultimately made it easier for me to be blind to things that might had otherwise been dead ringers. But again, she was good at hiding it.

And now this. So it is up to me to prove that I have not a drug user. Until then, nobody is going to believe me. It's like a witch hunt, being told to confess when I have done nothing wrong. Even worse, now a certain individual wants to silence me when this website is only one of a very few places that I can hope to find somebody else who has already been through this and beat it. Somebody who may know something that I have missed. I can't be the only person who has ever been through this. If it has happened to me, then it had to have happened to others.

  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

That is not true. Not one bit.

Fact is you silenced me...you don’t care what I have to say about anything. I’m crushed...

So then why should I go out of my way to approve your posts?

Other mods obviously are so you have nothing to complain about.

And I’m no expert but I can’t imagine you can get low key drugged with meth and be completely oblivious to it. And just have no symptoms at all from it.

Look, I don't know for a fact that I have been drugged. I don't know anything really. It could have just been a botched test, that is why I am getting tested again. At this point in time, I cannot prove anything which is what is making this so difficult and frustrating. If I indeed do have meth in my system though, or at least at one point had it in my system, then there is only one way that could have happened.

Now, to better answer your question more directly, no. I have never felt anything that gave me an idea that I had been drugged. I smoke cigarettes, so I know what addiction feels like, and I have never felt a need for something but couldn't figure out what it is. So obviously, *if*I was drugged, it wasn't enough to get me hooked. Also, if I was drugged, it wasn't enough to make me feel different. I am just reaching at straws, desperate to get to the bottom of why I failed that test, and until I get the results back from my drug test, I won't know for sure.

What I can say, is that the test at CR England went back a full year, well so does the one I just took today. If it turns out negative, my lawyer steps in and we file a lawsuit against CR England because they not only made it difficult to prove myself against the allegation, but they also outright discouraged it by telling me, "Even if we do, the results will just be the same, not to mention it will cost you 200 bucks out of pocket and either way it goes, you are being sent back home."

They told me that. Once I got home, I started making calls, doing research and am doing everything in my power to fight back against the impossible wall. If there is a way to climb this wall and prove my innocence, I will find that way. Just really hoping to talk with somebody who has been in this exact situation and finding out what they did to fix it. Out of the "thousands" of posts that has been made by people who have claimed they went through what I am currently going through, I am hoping there is at least one that was being truthful and that they reach out to me. I am desperate for help right now, because right now, it's hard enough to get anyone to believe me, much less help me.
