That’s one of those 5 mpg trucks. Looks pretty, though. Nice picture, Old School.

Yesterday I stopped at a rest area in Alabama at about 0630 to take my 30 minute break. While I was out walking around I spotted these 3 trucks...

I am very patriotic, but that is so busy... I would think that is an attention grabber... by dot too lol

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

Saw this today.

Driver said he has the usual fridge, microwave, etc., plus an induction cooktop, 48” flatscreen, toilet, and shower.

As he said, it’s the only way to truck. The downside is he can only haul 37,000 pounds

He has a matching trailer but it is in the shop
