Congratulations Flatie! That's really awesome.

You know how we are around here about telling folks the truth... Well, the real fun is just about to get started - you hang tough through your time with a trainer - it can be a really tough time, there is just so much to take in all at once. It will get stressful, and when you first start out with your own truck it will be stressful, but it is all worth it. As you gain some experience and confidence it will just get better and better.

Again, Way to go Girl!

Just wanna share the goodnews TT!! I'm now a CDL A holder from State of Oklahoma!! Took my test just one time and passed everything!! I am so happy!!

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
