Got sent to Central Florida to pick up a load of palm trees. I pull up to this guy's farm, and he tells me to unhook my trailer and he'll pull it back in the woods to get the trees so I don't scratch up my truck. To a nursery in Wilmington, NC. Had about 100 lbs of dirt left on my bed after offloading lol

Interesting those trees are going that far north. My understanding is they weren't even native to Florida originally. They weather brief frosts okay (in my neck of the Florida woods), but a lengthy freeze up there and somebody's wasting a bunch of money. And that truck he used? I've seen them looking much worse AND moving houses. 😎
