I Will check it out!

If you haven't had a cursory look into "odd subjects", check out "Coast To Coast AM" with George Nory after 1:00 am on SiriusXM and on some AM radio stations. Some nights I do listen, then other nights it's way too over the top for my thoughts.

In 2012, our mom was dying of ovarian/colon cancer, start to end she lasted 6 months. So my brother who lived with mom in Az had used up all his time off. So finally, my sister caught a train out to spend time with her, while bro worked. The last week or 2 mom, was basicly laying in bed, waiting to go. She was at the point, she couldn't eat or drink anything, just laid in bed not able to really move or talk etc. So July 2nd, of 2012, sis is in the kitchen around 11 pm or so, washing dishes or making coffee. Suddenly she hears a noise coming from mom's bedroom, so she rushed to see what was going on. As sis got to the doorway, she saw our mom halfway sitting up, arm outstretched, called our dad's name, laid back down, took 1 final deep breathe, and was gone!..........My sis freaked out so bad, she couldn't even call me so her girlfriend did around 11:25 pm even to this day my sis won't retell the scene, gives her goose bumps.

My last time with our mom, she looked 100, she could talk then bout month before her passing. I told her "hey mom, I want you to try and come tell me after you're ok or something" Being her smartazz way replied "Why? so I can scare the crap outta ya?" lolI'd tried to move back there but was 5 days too late, in a cast thigh to toes, so was stuck with my bro. While he worked nights at the casino, I'd hear funny noises in the house for no reason. Even noises in moms old walk in closet between our rooms. My bro thought I was nuts, but this house, the landlady had told mom n bro when renting it "I have to let you know, my mom and son were murdered in this house, is that a problem? Mom replied hell no, if they leave me alone, I'll leave them alone, and we'll get along just fine"

So now, 3 people have died in this house, no big deal. When I told bro I hear weird stuff when I'm alone at night, "Something" is here with us! Of course he thought I was nuts. UNTIL, 1 night, we are home, I'm in my room just off the living room. Dim light of my laptop glowing in hall, bro was in total darkness in living room in the recliner. He was weird like that, so couple days later, he comes to tell me, the other night (in the total dark) he saw some short "dark" figure, come out of my room, go past the 55" tv (off) As it passed, the wi-fi cable boxes, the blue ray player, ALL the units lights, were blocked as if a solid figure walked by, into the corner and was gone, his arm hairs rose as he told me this. I was like AHA So, NOW you see I ain't some "looney toon" imagining things hahaha, were plenty more wierd things, goin' on in this house, and the next 1 he & I moved to

Sorry, this topic brought back just a couple memories of things, I've experienced over my lifetime......lol

Not a driving experience, but I was out walking my dog in the neighborhood, about to cross the street. Standing briefly on the corner, checking to make sure no cars were coming, I suddenly caught the scent of pipe tobacco. Not just any pipe tobacco, but my Dad's. My Dad had passed more than 10 years before this happened. He smoked a custom blend from a small pipe shop back in SC. I never knew anyone else that smoked it.

I froze, slowly looked around as the scent lingered a few moments. No one outside in sight, no one on their porch or getting out of a car, no car passing by. Nothing. Made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Still can't explain it to this day.

I never had an encounter like that, but I’ve had on multiple occasions felt like someone was in my truck, I remember being in NY a few years ago, driving down the high way around midnight and all of sudden I just felt like someone was in my truck, since I had stopped 10 miles back for fuel, so I pulled over on the side of the road multiple times to check my truck top to bottom, and I just couldn’t shake the feeling, went on for about 30-40 minutes before I finally felt fine again. Couldn’t explain it, but my wife is into all this paranormal stuff, and said something about how a sprite or something could’ve caught a ride with me, not sure. Til this day when I tell this story, makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

If there was someone else in my truck, I would hope that person had a CDL-A so if I got tired, they could drive. But with my luck, it would probably just be my ex wife.

Stevo, this SO .... touches me. I'm sorry for your loss(es.) Was great to chat, w/ya!

Each & every time.. .some part of time clock has '222' in it, either 0222, 1222, etc . . . . I feel my late mom's presence. I lost her at age 16, myself. Like just a while ago, at 1222 EST, I 'glanced' at the time on the PC .. like her spirit took my eyes there. Happens oft. Very. Oft. The 22nd of any month, in 2022, is like.... BOOM. 5/22.. as well.

Oftentimes, Tom will even bounce me a message at the triple two's .. about my mom, whilst in his truck. My question to him (and her?) is 'how' do you get a 'phone card' in heaven???? Answer: Plant fence posts. (Heck, who knows.)

He never met her.

Stay blessed, y'all.

~ Anne ~

ps: Folks, this is some strong, amazing stuff. Thanks for sharing

pps: Hope the truck issues are working out, C.W. !!! (as McCall will now play in my head!)

ppps: My LATE ex husband WAS a truck driver as well, BK. . . . Uh Oh ! (Jesus, take the wheel!)

If you're the driver and not the guy on the road it's a reverse 309.
