I run a trucking company I have been sitting on a load for more then a year with no BOL so my trailer has been holding a load for this hole time and I just now found out where it comes from the company that shipped it don’t want the load back and insurance paid out the companies for the load now I am out on a year of that trailer just sitting what should I do?

One year later, and you are just now getting curious about what to do?

I'm sorry, I find this inquiry preposterous. I don't know what else to say.

Sounds like another Todd post. Doesn't make any sense and too far fetched to be truthful.

Ohhhh, I want to hear the details on this, "My Trailer Was Held Hostage For A Year".

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Yikes, this is so far out there. If true contact the insurance company because once they paid a claim it became their property.

Yep. It's the insurance companies property if this is true. If not, looks like you are having a "yard sale"

Also, you're at fault for not working on this way sooner. How do you not know where your trailer WAS, to be able to figure this stuff out?

Swiss cheese of a story man...
